GIFT VOUCHERS:
- All our gift vouchers are non-refundable, but it is transferable.
(if you don’t want to attend yourself, you can give it to someone else)
Redeemable for service ONLY not cash!
- Our gift vouchers can be changed from treatment on voucher to another treatment client prev. If there is difference in amount as shown on voucher and treatment, the client have to pay that extra amount.
- Valid for for year it has been bought in
- We're not responsible for the loss of gift vouchers and no
extra voucher will be made out!
- Vouchers can be purchased at salon with a walk in – or telephone order.
- Cancellations must be done 24hours in advance.
- No shows (don’t pitch up) or late cancellations will forfeited the total voucher OR have to pay the cancellation fee R30-R50 before using the voucher.
- Late arrivals = treatment time will be adjusted according to time left of full treatment – treatment shorter
GIFT VOUCHERS CAN BE MADE OUT FOR ANY TREATMENT ON OUR PRICE LIST OR FOR ANY SPECIAL IN OUR MONTHLY / YEARLY COLUMN
(on clients request = vouchers for monthly / yearly specials can be bought & used in any month that is special for your loved one
